Text Changes:

Prologue

translator's note changed

"Honkai or Houkai quite literally means 'Collapse', and so does its Chinese counterpart Benghuai. It is used both for the phenomenon, and for a literal disaster. Hence the translation 'Honkai outbreak'"

to

"We don't know when and how Houkai was changed to Honkai for English translations, but decided to keep it. Houkai quite literally means 'Collapse', and so does its original Chinese counterpart Benghuai. It is used both for the phenomenon, and for a literal disaster. Hence the translation 'Honkai outbreak'"

chapter 1

translator's note changed

"Both High School and Academy can apply as descriptors for Senba. It is technically a High School, but the size of its operation warrants the title Academy. It is used interchangeably in official translations."

to

"Senba High School is a part of the larger academic complex, also called Senba. It's not always easy to tell which of the two is being referred to, as they are used fairly interchangeably, and even official translations have trouble with the distinction."

Chapter 4

translator's note changed

"The word Senpai is Japanese for Senior, albeit with a lot of cultural implications. It is often used as an honorific. We kept Senpai here because it's closer to how the text intends it, and is often kept in translations."

to

"The word Senpai is Japanese for Senior, albeit with a lot of cultural implications. It is often used as an honorific. The original uses a Chinese equivalent, although some cultural details may differ. We kept Senpai here because it's closer to how the text intends it, and is often kept in translations."

Removed empty tnNote (duplicates whatever the last note was)

Chapter S1

translator's note added

"Senba is an Academy City because it is a large complex containing multiple educational institutions, including Senba High School."
